How to Apply Online for WBCS 2025
The application link will be active from 18 November 2025. Follow these steps:
- Visit psc.wb.gov.in and open Current Applications.
- Complete One-Time Registration if you are a new user.
- Login with your credentials.
- Fill out the application form carefully.
- Upload your photo, signature and required documents.
- Pay the examination fee.
- Submit and download your application for future reference.

Educational Qualification
- A graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Ability to read, write and speak Bengali (except Nepali-speaking candidates).
