About 'One Case One Data' Initiative
Unified Digital Platform
The initiative establishes a comprehensive digital case management system that integrates data from the Supreme Court, High Courts, district courts, and taluka courts.
Single Unique Digital Identity
The system addresses the long-standing issue of fragmented records by assigning a single unique digital identity to every case, which links all trials, appeals, orders, and judgments into one continuous case file.
Automated Data Retrieval
The framework automates data retrieval from various court databases and facilitates swift online verification of case-related records.
Reciprocal Access
The system provides reciprocal access to case information to High Courts and Government departments, which ensures data integrity, accuracy, and transparency.
Key Features of the 'Su Sahay' (SuSahayak) AI Chatbot
AI-Powered Assistance
'Su Sahay' (also known as 'SuSahayak'), an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered chatbot integrated into the Supreme Court website.
Indigenous Development
The National Informatics Centre (NIC) developed the chatbot in close collaboration with the Supreme Court Registry.
Front-End Guidance
The chatbot provides citizens, litigants, and lawyers with a convenient interface to navigate complex court procedures and essential e-services.
Five Primary Modules
The AI system delivers assistance through five core modules: Case Status, Cause List, Orders and Judgments, E-Services, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
