The Union Ministry of Rural Development notified the operational guidelines for the third phase of the Digital India Land Records Modernisation Programme (DILRMP 3.0), spanning 2026–2031 with an approved financial outlay of ₹565.5 crore.

What is DILRMP?

It is implemented by the Department of Land Resources (DoLR) under the Ministry of Rural Development to transform land administration across India.
