Enforce On-Device Automated Anonymisation: Require manufacturers to deploy edge-AI algorithms that automatically blur bystander faces, voices, and vehicle license plates before cloud upload.

Implement Automated Geofencing in Sensitive Zones: Use firmware-level geofencing to disable camera and microphone functions automatically within hospitals, schools, courts, trial rooms, and government installations.

Prohibit Consumer-Facing Facial Recognition Pairing: Legally ban integrating real-time facial recognition search engines with wearable consumer hardware.

Amend DPDP Act Rules for Ambient Data Collection: Clarify that the "publicly available data" exemption does not permit continuous, non-consensual biometric and video harvesting of bystanders.

Separate AI Training Consent from Device Functionality: Mandate that user footage cannot be repurposed for training global foundation models or robotics systems without explicit, unbundled opt-in consent.
